Portsmouth is Proud to be a part of Special
Olympics Virginia, Area 2. Portsmouth is perhaps the smallest Special Olympics program within the area with about 80
active athletes, but is continually growing. We are also proud to announce that one of our Soccer Teams has been chosen to
represent Special Olympics Virginia in the 2010 National Special Olympics Tournament in Lincoln, Nebraska! Please take some time to look at our site, view some photos of our athletes and
